American Wilderness
Experience AWE leads a variety of wilderness tours in the national parks, from
backpacking through the Canyonlands to horseback riding in Yellowstone. |

Backroads Cycling
and camping tours are offered to several of the eastern national parks, including Acadia,
Blue Ridge Parkway, Cape Hatteras, and Natchez Trace. They also have biking, hiking,
river-rafting, heli-hiking, and cross-country skiing trips in a number of western national

Field Institute The seminars offered by Canyonlands Field Institute are designed to
educate people about the Colorado Plateau. These range from one-day field hikes to
week-long canoe and river-rafting trips, with an eight-person minimum for custom trips. |
